Made For This Podcast Episode 9: Arlene Hardy and Edith Njenga

I am so excited to introduce you to this week's guests Arlene Hardy and Edith Njenga with Expansion International! Edith was visiting all the way from her homeland in Kenya and took the time to sit in my kitchen and tell the powerful story of the work that is being done through Expansion. You will love the beautiful way that God wove their story together across continents and is now using them to restore an entire community!

Our family had the privilege of serving together on one of their two week trips to Kenya. The four of us were able to see firsthand the people of Kieni, their living conditions within the camp, and the challenges they were facing in basic survival.

You will hear about how God led Arlene and Edith to these people and in His faithfulness, used the work of Expansion to bring about a truly modern day Exodus story.

I have posted several pictures below of our time in the camp and also the new homes that the people are now able to live in and enjoy.

I hope you are as inspired as I am by this story! I'd love to hear from you! How have you seen God's faithfulness in your life? I invite you to share this in the comments section below, or you can always drop me an email at: info@julieturnermusic.com
